Tonight we went out to test the dragster and get it ready for the Australian Nationals which are on in a few weeks. All the preparation was done in the garage at home, we settled for a tune up and hoped that we would get a handful of runs in on the night.

The track had some good traction tonight so we were looking forward to putting down some good consistent passes. Our first pass off the trailer saw us run 8.561 @ 155.56 mph, which was pleasing. We fueled up the dragster and headed for the staging lanes. It wasn't long and we were off again this time running 8.542 @ 155.67 mph. Conditions had improved since the first pass, so we expected it would run a little quicker.

Another quick fuel up and we were back out again. With the conditions again improving, another good time was on the cards, we ran 8.526 @ 155.85 mph. We rushed while back in the pits as we got the call that the staging lanes were closing very shortly.  Once everything was checked we were back out their. It was getting quite late and the conditions would be at its best for the night. We ran 8.507 @ 155.42 mph. So with 4 good passes under our belts we went home very satisfied and in good shape the Australian Nationals in a few weeks.
